A 40 minute phone call with Chloe to ask any burning questions you might have regarding your little ones sleep. You will be provided with take away ideas which you can implement straight away! Please bring a notepad and pen to write notes down as the troubleshoot call does not include a sleep diary/ questionnaire or write up summary. After the troubleshoot call if you feel you would benefit from further advice, additional support options are available.
If any services are cancelled after payment has been made, refunds are limited to any unearned fees, less a £25 processing fee, up to 48 hours prior to your booking. If you cancel your booking fewer than 48 hours before your scheduled consultation or overnight booking – except for extenuating circumstances ie the death or serious illness of a close relative or similar – there will unfortunately be no refund given. If you need to reschedule, please give notice at least 48 hours in advance where possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request!
